I usually wear medium shirts, but I went with a small after reading the sizing guide and I'm glad I did. The fit on the chest and waist is perfect, the overall length is a little long, and the sleeves are definitely a few inches too long for me. They look long on the models the photos, but on my arms it's more than enough to get in the way when I'm at work so I usually roll up the sleeves a bit. Also think I felt the stitching tearing a bit when I took it off once, but it's held up after that so far.
Still, overall fit and comfort are great. Name brand shirts don't hold a candle to this one.

I owned the original, short sleeved polo and really enjoyed it. Material comfortable and breathable and little touches like the snaps instead of buttons. When it grew sleeves on the store I knew I'd want for the colder months. Comparable in every way, in the best way possible. It has crossed my mind to get one for every day of the week but I'm not that compulsive yet. I was concerned about the pink accent around the neck - I mean, it's a BLACK polo after all - but I actually like it. Best ring around the collar I've ever had.

Nice generous fit, very comfortable and warm without being too warm. The snaps are nice on the neck too - clever.

Very comfy and stylish for casual workplace attire.

Great overall, only complaint is that I heard and felt some of the stitching along the sleeve rip when I was pulling the shirt off. I was mildly sweaty, so maybe the sleeves were a bit more resistant to pulling off than usual, but the stitching gave way more easily than expected.
